Consumer Casket Company was founded by Jeffrey Hendricks, Sr., a native of Portsmouth, VA, with a mission to make funeral planning more affordable and accessible for families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

A graduate of Norfolk State University with a degree in Funeral Science & Services, Jeff’s background in the funeral industry and his deep desire to provide affordable funeral services led him to create the nation’s first direct-to-consumer casket company.
